We are physical and spiritual, and we need to train both.  God has given us a physical body to care for and a soul to feed.  Both start at our CORE.  We know that core training benefits the whole body and so does Spiritual Core Training.  Come join in as we get in shape for this coming summer both physically and spiritually.
